Shipping policy

At Merry Mahjong, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly while ensuring every item arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS and UPS.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (typically 2 business days)
  • UPS® Ground Saver (typically 2–3 business days)
  • UPS® Ground (typically 1 business day)
  • USPS Priority Mail (typically 1 business day)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may impact delivery times.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
