Wholesale policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with TheMerryMahjongCo. Our wholesale program is designed for approved retailers, boutiques, clubs, and businesses that wish to resell our products.

Wholesale Account Approval

Wholesale accounts are reviewed and approved at the discretion of TheMerryMahjongCo. Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval.

To be considered, applicants will be required to provide a valid business name, resale certificate or tax ID, business website or social media page, and other relevant business information.

TheMerryMahjongCo reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or cancel any wholesale account at any time.

Account Access

Once approved, wholesale partners will receive access to wholesale pricing through their customer account. Approved partners should log in using the same email address submitted on their wholesale application.

Wholesale pricing and access are for the approved business only and may not be shared with unauthorized individuals or businesses.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale partners. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale discounts may not be combined with other discount codes, promotions, affiliate codes, or retail offers unless expressly approved by TheMerryMahjongCo.

Minimum Orders

Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities or minimum order values. Any applicable minimums will be displayed at checkout or communicated directly to the wholesale partner.

TheMerryMahjongCo reserves the right to adjust wholesale minimums at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise approved in writing by TheMerryMahjongCo.

Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received or approved payment terms have been satisfied.

Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Wholesale partners are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a shipping address needs to be changed or updated, please contact TheMerryMahjongCo before placing an order.

TheMerryMahjongCo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damages

Wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@themerrymahjongco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

TheMerryMahjongCo will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, credit, or other resolution is appropriate.

Resale Guidelines

Wholesale partners may resell TheMerryMahjongCo products through their approved retail store, website, or approved sales channels.

Products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms without prior written approval from TheMerryMahjongCo.

Wholesale partners may not alter, relabel, repackage, duplicate, or misrepresent TheMerryMahjongCo products.

Brand Representation

Wholesale partners agree to represent TheMerryMahjongCo products accurately and professionally.

Product images, descriptions, and brand materials provided by TheMerryMahjongCo may only be used to promote and sell authentic TheMerryMahjongCo products.

TheMerryMahjongCo reserves the right to request removal or correction of any content that misrepresents the brand or products.

Account Changes

If your business information, billing address, shipping address, resale certificate, or contact information changes, please contact TheMerryMahjongCo at hello@themerrymahjongco.com.

Wholesale account access may be paused or removed if business information becomes outdated, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

Policy Updates

TheMerryMahjongCo reserves the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time. Continued use of a wholesale account after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
